Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas)

We understand that going to the dentist can cause a little anxiety.  That's why we offer nitrous oxide ("laughing gas"). Nitrous oxide is not made to "knock you out" as most people think.  It is a lighter form of sedation in which it is cleared out of your system with oxygen minutes after the procedure and you're good to go!  This is the form of sedation most commonly associated with pediatric dental care, but this can be used on adults as well.

Just like any type of medical procedure, we have to make sure you are healthy enough to undergo sedation. When booking your appointment, mention that you are interested in possibly using laughing gas for dental treatment.
